I have been gravely disillusioned by the past 8 years of the terrible injustices to American Jurisprudence. I always thought the Law and Constitution could withstand any assault. Apparently I was wrong. I can't tell my kids or grandchildren that the boat will right itself anymore. Recently, I experienced a similar, but less egregious, drubbing at the hands of a U.S. District Court. It took that experience, as a pro se, to enlighten me as to how the courts are now operating. I had been mystified by the avalanche of dismissals of cases in the area of COVID and Election Fraud. How could that happen? I wondered. Well, I found out. The courts are biased. They use a misreading of the Supreme Court cases on Rule 8 pleadings, and turn the pleading and motion-to-dismiss stage into an ad hoc bench trial, denying plaintiffs their right to a jury trial—with discovery and cross examination. Defense Counsel, who are no dummies, see the opportunity to present falsehoods and misrepresentations, knowing that the bench will wink and allow their Rule 11 violations to slide on by. Totally the antithesis of the justice system we thought we had. In your case, I would love to see law schools teach the process and substance of your case. Why not push the law schools to shine a light on the courts, as they are, not as they exist in the minds of out of touch romantics. Would love to see you confront the Deans of law schools and challenge then to teach the current scene.
